Activists allege C'garh Maoist gun battle as 'fake'
New Delhi/Bijapur, (ANI): Social activists and Maoist sympathisers, Swami Agnivesh and B D Sharma have alleged that security personnel killed innocent tribals in Chhattisgarh instead of rebels. Addressing a news conference in New Delhi, Agnivesh urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to sack Union Home Minister PA Chidambaram for supporting the gun battle and lauding the security personnel for killing innocent tribals. Meanwhile, social activist, Rajinder Sachar called for an enquiry team headed by a retired judge of Supreme Court to enquire into the gun battle.
