I was never a Congress spokesperson: Digvijay Singh
New Delhi, (ANI): Reacting to the party's snub for his remarks against TMC chief Mamata Banerjee, AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh today said that he was never a Congress party spokesperson in the first place.
