Umesh Kumar Pandey, a toll employee working at the Gurgaon Toll Plaza was shot dead by a man on September 24 at 12:06 am when he was asked to pay Rs 27 as toll fee. 22 year-old Umesh Kumar Pandey was the sole earning member of his family. He had married four months ago. Umesh has two brothers, one afflicted from birth with polio and the other has special needs. His parents and widow have no means of living to sustain.
