Sachin accepts Rajya Sabha nomination from Congress
New Delhi, (ANI): The Congress has nominated Sachin Tendulkar as Rajya Sabha member. Hailing the success of the Masterblaster, the political parties welcomed the Congress party's move. Meanwhile, Vice Chairman of Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) Rajiv Shukla said that he does not have any information about the matter. Earlier in the day, Sachin and his wife spent around half an hour with Congress President Sonia Gandhi.
