Salman Khurshid takes responsibility for UP polls debacle
New Delhi, (ANI): Union Law minister Salman Khurshid today said that he is ready to own the responsibility for the defeat that the Congress party suffered, at the recent state polls in Uttar Pradesh. Congress leader and Defence Minister A. K. Antony is going to submit a report on the debacle and as per reports in the media, he has pointed fingers at some Congress leaders like Salman Khurshid for turning the tide against the party by making communally sensitive statements. Meanwhile, Congress leader Jagdambika Pal has said that it would be unfair to put the complete responsibility of the party's defeat on Rahul Gandhi's shoulders.
