Vajpayee not to be summoned as witness by JPC : 2G Scam
New Delhi, (ANI): The Joint Parliamentary Committee probing India's multi-billion dollar 2G spectrum allocation scam has decided not to summon the ailing former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee and former Defence Minister George Fernandes as witnesses. Chairman of JPC P C Chacko disclosed this to mediapersons in New Delhi. He also revealed some of the discussions the committee had with former Secretary in the Ministry of Telecommunications, Sidharth Behura, an accused in the scam.
