Dinesh Trivedi said cartoons are integral part of democracy
Kutch/ Kolkata, (ANI): TMC leader Dinesh Trivedi today said in Kutch that cartoons are integral part of democracy and are only meant for humor. Meanwhile, State Health minister Subrata Mukherjee refused to react to Trivedi's comment. The cartoon showed the CM and the railway minister Mukul Roy exchanging dialogues from "Sonar Kella" a popular Bengali film, alluding to the replacement of Trivedi by Roy.
