Amritsar/ Shimla, (ANI): Intense heat wave has gripped northern India, leading to an acute paucity of water and disrupting the livelihood of thousands of residents. Tourists who had congregated at the Golden Temple in Amritsar bore the brunt of the scorching heat and rising temperature.
