8 MPs suspended for disrupting Parliament : Telangana row
New Delhi, (ANI): Eight Congress MPs have been suspended today from the Lok Sabha for four days after they refused to let the proceedings continue, by shouting slogans demanding a separate Telangana state. Earlier in the day, the Lok Sabha had been adjourned twice after it witnessed uproar over Telangana and Sri Lanka issue. The MPs repeatedly rushed to the front rows, raising slogans and waving placards. They did not relent even after Home Minister P. Chidambaram, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal persuaded them to go back to their seats.
