Jhina Hikaka released, Odisha crisis ends
New Delhi, (ANI): After being in Maoists' custody for over a month, BJD MLA Jhina Hikaka has been released today. According to reports, Hikaka was released at an undisclosed location. Odisha government had to pay a heavy price by agreeing to release 25 Maoists for the safe release of the MLA. The decision to free Hikaka was taken at the people's court after he gave an undertaking that he will resign from the state assembly and also try and get the Maoists' demands fulfilled.
