Limit powers of NCTC, says Raman Singh
New Delhi, (ANI): Strictly opposing the controversial anti-terror mechanism, the NCTC, Chattisgarh Chief Minister, Raman Singh today demanded limitations on its powers. The all important CM's Meet, hosted by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today aimed at gathering a wide-scale consensus in favour of the much debated NCTC, but as the meeting progressed the Center seemed to be at the same point where it had begun this morning.
