I was never a Congress spokesperson: Digvijay Singh
New Delhi, (ANI): Reacting to the party's snub for his remarks against TMC chief Mamata Banerjee, AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh today said that he was never a Congress party spokesperson in the first place. Digvijay had dubbed Mamata as "immature" and "erratic" and suggested that there was a "limit" to the patience of the Congress party, to which the AICC replied by saying that Singh was not officially authorised to speak on behalf of the party.
